Uranium glass ( Vaseline glass)
Decanter.
Bohemian circa 1870

No chips or damage to the decanter
although the glass stopper has had a repair but
this was professionally done
and detracts little from the object.
The stopper is totally intact with no missing pieces, simply a crack repair.
